研究某小型稻谷脱粒机动力控制系统的开环控制策略。采用“逐步回归法”和“方差扩大因子法”得出功率和发动机转速为节气门开度模型的主要影响因素,并拟合了模型的多元线性回归方程。实验结果表明,回归方程拟合精确度高,预测值与观测值之间的相对误差都低于5%。利用回归方程取代节气门开度的 MAP 图进行开环控制编程,应用新控制系统后,超调量下降了7.69%。

A study on open -loop control strategy of power control system for some small rice thresher was carried out . The power and engineer speed were selected as the effect factors of throttle percentage model by the analysis basis of step -wise and variance inflation factor ,and a multivariate linear regression equation for model was fitted .The result shows the regression has a high accuracy , and the relative errors between the observations and predictions are less than 5%.The re-gression instead of map of throttle percentage can be used to software programming for open -loop control , and the over-shoot is down by 7 .69%based on the application of new control system .
