为了解决大枣进行去核生产时，加工效率低、成品率低、卫生状况差、安全性差等难题，在大量调研和综合分析现有大枣加工设备的基础上，设计了一种盘式大枣自动定心去核设备，并通过试验，进一步修改完善了试验样机。试验结果表明，该设备具有生产效率高、成品率高等优点，在企业中使用取得良好的效果。

In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency , lows yield , poor hygiene and poor security in the production process of jujube kernel removing , a kind of the disc type self-centering jujube kernel removing machine has been designed based on immense investigations and a comprehensive analysis of the present equipments .The tested proto-types have been modified and improved through the test .These experimental results show that the device has several ad-vantages such as high yield and high production efficiency;furthermore , it achieves good results in the enterprise applica-tion.
