由于菠萝树和果实的特殊结构,以及考虑到菠萝叶中叶脉纤维的经济价值,目前国内绝大多数的菠萝采摘都还是纯手工操作,不仅效率低,而且由于菠萝叶比较坚硬、菠萝果实上带有芒刺,对手的伤害程度很大。为此,针对菠萝的结构特征和生长特点,设计了一个纯机械式的采摘机械手,该机构操作简单、方便、可靠、快捷。工作时,通过锯齿型剪对菠萝果柄进行剪断,配合上人手腕的左右掰动将果实采摘下来。此设计的成功应用能够方便有效地解决果农对菠萝采摘难的问题,促进了菠萝产业的发展。

Due to the structural characteristics of pineapple , most domestic pineapple is still hand-picking operation , which is not only inefficient , but also because relatively hard pineapple leaves , pineapple fruit with a prick on , so the opponent's degree of injury greatly .In the structural features for pineapple and growth characteristics , the design of a purely mechanical picking manipulator , the agency is simple , convenient , reliable and fast .Stepping through a robotic device to intensify , and then cut right through the tooth cut pineapple stalk awakened .The successful application of this design can be easily and effectively solve the problem of farmers picking promote pineapple industry .
