通过对逆转旋耕抛土过程的分析,根据现有抛土模型及某新型旋耕灭茬施肥播种联合作业机工作参数,运用MatLab 计算了抛土率,拟合了旋耕刀轴在270 r/min 下的抛土轨迹,确定了旋耕刀向前抛土时的角度位置,推导出了土垈碰撞后的运动轨迹,并运用MatLab 计算了抛土分布效果。该研究为新型旋耕灭茬施肥播种联合作业机排种管、排肥管的设计与布置提供了理论依据。

Back-throw-soil ration was calculated by matlab based on existing models and co-operation machine of rotary tiller fertilization sowing working parameters , and the soil trajectory was fitted when rotary knife shaft under 270r/min, the position of the rotary knife tossing the soil forward angle was determined .Deduced soil trajectory after the collision , throwing soil volume of up-cut rotary were calculated , and calculate the back-throw-soil distribution by matlab , it pro-vide the basis for the layout of seed tubes and fertilization tubes of co-operation machine of rotary tiller fertilization so-wing .
