目的:探讨中等剂量和大剂量甲巯咪唑治疗Graves病的有效性和安全性。方法选择我院40例Graves病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予中等剂量(20 mg/d)甲巯咪唑治疗,对照组给予大剂量(30 mg/d)甲巯咪唑治疗。观察两组的治疗效果,记录两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组好转率和复发率分别与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中等剂量甲巯咪唑治疗Graves病的临床效果和大剂量甲巯咪唑近似,但中等剂量甲巯咪唑治疗过程中不良反应发生率低于大剂量,值得借鉴。

목적:탐토중등제량화대제량갑구미서치료Graves병적유효성화안전성。방법선택아원40례Graves병환자,수궤분위관찰조화대조조。관찰조급여중등제량(20 mg/d)갑구미서치료,대조조급여대제량(30 mg/d)갑구미서치료。관찰량조적치료효과,기록량조환자불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조호전솔화복발솔분별여대조조비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);관찰조불량반응총발생솔저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론중등제량갑구미서치료Graves병적림상효과화대제량갑구미서근사,단중등제량갑구미서치료과정중불량반응발생솔저우대제량,치득차감。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of medium and large doses of methimazole on Graves disease. Methods 40 cases with Graves patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given moderate doses of methimazole (20 mg/day), the control group were given large doses of methimazole (30 mg/day). Observation of the therapeutic effect was done in the two groups, the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups were recorded. Results The improvement rate and recurrence rate in the observation group compared with that in the control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05);the total incidence of side effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The moderate doses of methimazole on Graves disease has the similar effect with the large dose of methimazole,but the incidence of the adverse reaction with moderate doses of methimazole is lower than that with large dose.
