目的：观察阿托伐他汀钙联合氢氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效。方法将96例糖尿病周围血管病变患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各48例。两组均给予常规综合治疗，观察组患者在此治疗基础上，加用阿托伐他汀钙联合氢氯吡格雷进行治疗，治疗周期均为3个月。治疗结束后评定疗效。结果治疗结束后，观察组显效率为93.75%，显著高于对照组的68.75%（P<0.05）；两组患者血液流变学指标均有不同程度的改善，观察组与治疗前及同期对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合氢氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效显著。
목적：관찰아탁벌타정개연합경록필격뢰치료당뇨병주위혈관병변적림상료효。방법장96례당뇨병주위혈관병변환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조각48례。량조균급여상규종합치료，관찰조환자재차치료기출상，가용아탁벌타정개연합경록필격뢰진행치료，치료주기균위3개월。치료결속후평정료효。결과치료결속후，관찰조현효솔위93.75%，현저고우대조조적68.75%（P<0.05）；량조환자혈액류변학지표균유불동정도적개선，관찰조여치료전급동기대조조비교，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론아탁벌타정개연합경록필격뢰치료당뇨병주위혈관병변적림상료효현저。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel in treating diabetic peripheral vascular disease. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional therapy, on the basis of this, the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel hydrogen, and the treatment cycle was 3 months. The clinical curative effects of two groups were evaluated after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the clinical curative effect of the observation group was 93.75%, significantly higher than that (68.75%) of the control group (P<0.05);the hemorheology parameter of two groups all improved, and the hemorheology parameter of the observation group improved significantly. Compared with the control group and before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel in treating diabetic peripheral vascular disease is significant.
