目的:探讨分析师传止泻合剂治疗小儿腹泻病的临床效果。方法对我院2012年9月至2014年1月接受诊治的300例腹泻病患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机分为两组,对照组150例患者采用静脉注射治疗,观察组150例在静脉注射的基础上辅助使用师传止泻合剂进行治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果采用师传止泻合剂治疗后,观察组150例患儿中,痊愈23例(15.33%),显效96例(64.00%),有效26例(17.33%),无效5例(3.33%),总有效率96.67%;对照组150例患儿中,痊愈8例(5.33%),显效85例(56.67%),有效28例(18.67%),无效29例(19.33%),总有效率80.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过临床实践,证明西药结合师传止泻合剂治疗小儿腹泻病症具有显著的临床疗效,不仅安全经济、无不良反应,且易被患儿接受,值得临床推广使用。

Objective Inquire into an analyst teachers teach antidiarrheal agents treat pediatric diarrhea of a treatment gets sick of clinical effect. Methods Accept the clinical data of 300 diarrhea patients making a diagnosis and giving treatment to carry on looking back sex analysis to January, 2014 to my hospital September, 2012, random is divided into two sets of, the matched control is 150 adoption intravenous injection treatments, use teacher to spread on assistance of observation set the foundation that is 150 in the intravenous injection the teachers teach antidiarrheal agents to carry on a treatment and observe two sets of baby patients clinical curative effect. Results Adopt teachers teach antidiarrheal agents after matching a treatment in observation set 150 baby patients, recover from illness 23(15.33%), show an effect 96(64.00%), effectively 26(17.33%), 5(3.33%) invalid, always efficient 96.67%;in matched control 150 baby patients, recover from illness 8(5.33%), show an effect 85(56.67%), 28(18.67%) effective, 29(19.33%) invalid, always efficient 80.67%, two sets of comparison the difference have a statistics to learn meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion Pass clinical fulfillment, prove that the western medicine combines teachers teach antidiarrheal agents the pediatric diarrhea disease of a treatment has the clinical curative significant effect, not only safety economy, have no side effect, and be easily accepted by the baby patient, worth clinical expansion use.
