目的：本研究主要就影响重症精神分裂患者服药的相关因素展开分析讨论，并提出相应的护理干预措施。方法选择我院2012年8月至2012年8月收治的40例重症精神分裂患者。结果通过对影响重症精神分裂患者服药的相关因素进行分析，其中有2例患者出现了病情反复的情况，29例患者持续用药，11例患者开始进行减药治疗。结论在对重症精神分裂患者进行临床治疗，提高患者的药物治疗依从性，一定程度上降低患者出现复发的概率。
목적：본연구주요취영향중증정신분렬환자복약적상관인소전개분석토론，병제출상응적호리간예조시。방법선택아원2012년8월지2012년8월수치적40례중증정신분렬환자。결과통과대영향중증정신분렬환자복약적상관인소진행분석，기중유2례환자출현료병정반복적정황，29례환자지속용약，11례환자개시진행감약치료。결론재대중증정신분렬환자진행림상치료，제고환자적약물치료의종성，일정정도상강저환자출현복발적개솔。
Objective This study mainly the related factors influencing the patients with severe schizophrenia drug analysis, and put forward corresponding nursing intervention measures. Methods From August 2012 to August 2012, 40 cases of patients with severe schizophrenia. Results Based on the related factors influencing the severe schizophrenia patients medication were analyzed, and there are 2 cases of patients with the disease, repeatedly continued drug use in 29 cases, 11 patients were started by drugs treatment. Conclusion Clinical treatment in patients with severe schizophrenia, improve patients' medication adherence, to a certain extent reduce the risk of recurrence of patients.
