目的：探讨以慢性咳嗽为主诉的左心室舒张功能不全患者的临床特点。方法回顾性研究我院呼吸内科门诊以咳嗽为主诉，心脏彩色B超示左心室舒张功能不全患者的临床特点并给予抗心力衰竭治疗。结果所有患者咳嗽，咳痰症状明显改善，心功能改善。结论呼吸内科门诊医师应重视老年人慢性咳嗽患者合并左心室舒张功能不全可能，积极进行心脏彩色B超检查，及时抗心力衰竭治疗。
목적：탐토이만성해수위주소적좌심실서장공능불전환자적림상특점。방법회고성연구아원호흡내과문진이해수위주소，심장채색B초시좌심실서장공능불전환자적림상특점병급여항심력쇠갈치료。결과소유환자해수，해담증상명현개선，심공능개선。결론호흡내과문진의사응중시노년인만성해수환자합병좌심실서장공능불전가능，적겁진행심장채색B초검사，급시항심력쇠갈치료。
Objective Discuss clinical features in patients with the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, whose chief complaint is chronic cough. Methods Retrospectively study clinical characteristics of the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction patients who were showed by cardiac color ultrasound and whose chief complaint is cough from internal medicine department in our hospital and to give heart failure treatment. Results Symptoms of cough and cough phlegm and the cardiac function improved significantly from al of the patients. Conclusion The elderly patients with chronic cough may merger left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, so respiratory medicine outpatient service doctor should pay at ention to it, who should make checking by cardiac color ultrasound and give heart failure treatment actively.
