目的：探讨儿童交替性偏瘫的临床表现、诊断及治疗，以提高对儿童交替性偏瘫的认识。方法对1例儿童交替性偏瘫的临床表现，实验室资料及诊断、治疗经过进行分析，并进行文献复习。结果此例患儿以抽搐起病，之后反复出现偏瘫，脑电图、头颅CT、MRI、MRA及先天性代谢缺陷检测未见异常，经对症支持治疗后好转出院。结论儿童交替性偏瘫在临床需引起重视，在治疗上目前尚无特效药物。
목적：탐토인동교체성편탄적림상표현、진단급치료，이제고대인동교체성편탄적인식。방법대1례인동교체성편탄적림상표현，실험실자료급진단、치료경과진행분석，병진행문헌복습。결과차례환인이추휵기병，지후반복출현편탄，뇌전도、두로CT、MRI、MRA급선천성대사결함검측미견이상，경대증지지치료후호전출원。결론인동교체성편탄재림상수인기중시，재치료상목전상무특효약물。
Objective Discuss the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and teatment of alternating hemiplegia of childhood, in order to improve the understanding of alternating hemiplegia in children. Methods A case was investigated retrospectively and the literature was reviewed. Results This children with seizure onset, and repeated hemiplegia after, EEG and head CT, MRI, MRA and congenital metabolic defect detection did not see unusual, discharged from hospital after treatment for symptomatic support better. Conclusion Alternating hemiplegia of childhood in clinical should be paid more attention, there is no specific medicine in the treatment.
