目的：观察丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性期轻中度后循环缺血的疗效。方法将入选120例患者，随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。对照组给予银杏叶提取物注射液70 mg加入生理盐水100 mL静滴，每日1次；治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊0.2 g（2粒）口服，每日3次，疗程为2周。评价两组患者在治疗前及治疗第7天、第14天的神经功能。结果两组患者治疗前的一般情况及美国卒中量表（NIHSS）、临床神经功能缺损程度评分差异均无统计学意义，具有可比性；治疗第7天和第14天的NIHSS评分和临床神经功能缺损程度的评分较治疗前均显著降低（P<0.05）。结论丁苯酞软胶囊对轻中度后循环缺血急性期的治疗具有显著效果。
목적：관찰정분태연효낭치료급성기경중도후순배결혈적료효。방법장입선120례환자，수궤분위치료조60례화대조조60례。대조조급여은행협제취물주사액70 mg가입생리염수100 mL정적，매일1차；치료조재대조조적치료기출상급여정분태연효낭0.2 g（2립）구복，매일3차，료정위2주。평개량조환자재치료전급치료제7천、제14천적신경공능。결과량조환자치료전적일반정황급미국졸중량표（NIHSS）、림상신경공능결손정도평분차이균무통계학의의，구유가비성；치료제7천화제14천적NIHSS평분화림상신경공능결손정도적평분교치료전균현저강저（P<0.05）。결론정분태연효낭대경중도후순배결혈급성기적치료구유현저효과。
Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of dl-3-butylphthalide on the acute stage of mild to moderate posterior circulation ischemia. Methods 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases for each group. Both groups were given vinpocetine intravenously once a day for two weeks;and the treatment group were also given dl-3-butylphthalide capsules orally. The neurological function was evaluated for both groups before treatment and on 7 th and 14th day after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference of the general situation, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), and clinical neurological deficit score between two groups. On 7th and 14th day after treatment, NIHSS and clinical neurological deficit scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The dl-3-butylphtalide had significant therapeutic effects on the acute stage of mind to moderate posterior circulation ischemia.
