目的:探讨原发性高血压病患者血清转化生长因子β1( TGF-β1)和凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(LOX-1)的水平变化及其与血压的相关性。方法选择2012年1-6月浙江省衢州市中心医院门诊初治的原发性高血压病患者80例作为高血压组,同时按照年龄匹配原则选择该院同期进行体检的健康者25例作为健康对照组。测定血压〔收缩压( SBP)、舒张压( DBP)〕,计算平均血压( MBP),根据血压水平对高血压组患者进行分组(1级高血压组、2级高血压组、3级高血压组);采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清转化生长因子β1( TGF-β1)、凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(LOX-1)水平;分析血压与血清TGF-β1、LOX-1水平的相关性。结果高血压组患者的SBP、DBP、MBP及血清TGF-β1、LOX-1水平均高于健康对照组( P﹤0.05)。高血压组患者根据血压水平分级后,1级高血压组24例,2级高血压组27例,3级高血压组29例。3组高血压患者的SBP、DBP、MBP及血清TGF-β1、LOX-1水平比较,差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05);3级高血压组患者的SBP、DBP、MBP及血清TGF-β1、LOX-1水平高于2级高血压组,2级高血压组患者的SBP、DBP、MBP及血清TGF-β1、LOX-1水平高于1级高血压组( P﹤0.05)。相关性分析显示,血清TGF-β1、LOX-1水平与SBP、DBP、MBP均呈正相关( r 值分别为0.674、0.562、0.614;0.825、0.654、0.729),血清TGF-β1水平与血清LOX-1水平呈正相关( r=0.710,P﹤0.05)。结论血清TGF-β1、LOX-1水平与高血压患者血压呈正相关,TGF-β1和LOX-1是高血压的危险因素。故控制血清TGF-β1、LOX-1水平可能有利于降低患者血压水平。

목적:탐토원발성고혈압병환자혈청전화생장인자β1( TGF-β1)화응집소양양화저밀도지단백수체-1(LOX-1)적수평변화급기여혈압적상관성。방법선택2012년1-6월절강성구주시중심의원문진초치적원발성고혈압병환자80례작위고혈압조,동시안조년령필배원칙선택해원동기진행체검적건강자25례작위건강대조조。측정혈압〔수축압( SBP)、서장압( DBP)〕,계산평균혈압( MBP),근거혈압수평대고혈압조환자진행분조(1급고혈압조、2급고혈압조、3급고혈압조);채용매련면역흡부법측정혈청전화생장인자β1( TGF-β1)、응집소양양화저밀도지단백수체-1(LOX-1)수평;분석혈압여혈청TGF-β1、LOX-1수평적상관성。결과고혈압조환자적SBP、DBP、MBP급혈청TGF-β1、LOX-1수평균고우건강대조조( P﹤0.05)。고혈압조환자근거혈압수평분급후,1급고혈압조24례,2급고혈압조27례,3급고혈압조29례。3조고혈압환자적SBP、DBP、MBP급혈청TGF-β1、LOX-1수평비교,차이유통계학의의( P﹤0.05);3급고혈압조환자적SBP、DBP、MBP급혈청TGF-β1、LOX-1수평고우2급고혈압조,2급고혈압조환자적SBP、DBP、MBP급혈청TGF-β1、LOX-1수평고우1급고혈압조( P﹤0.05)。상관성분석현시,혈청TGF-β1、LOX-1수평여SBP、DBP、MBP균정정상관( r 치분별위0.674、0.562、0.614;0.825、0.654、0.729),혈청TGF-β1수평여혈청LOX-1수평정정상관( r=0.710,P﹤0.05)。결론혈청TGF-β1、LOX-1수평여고혈압환자혈압정정상관,TGF-β1화LOX-1시고혈압적위험인소。고공제혈청TGF-β1、LOX-1수평가능유리우강저환자혈압수평。
Objective To investigate the changes of levels of transforming growth factor - β1 ( TGF - β1 )and lectin - like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor - 1( LOX -1)and their correlation in patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods A total of 80 EH patients who visited Center Hospital of Quzhou outpatient center from January to June 2012 were enrolled as hypertension group,and 25 healthy subjects as control group. SBP,DBP,mean blood pressure(MBP)were measured and the hypertension group divided into subgroups A(grade 1 hypertension group),B(grade 2 hypertension group), C(grade 3 hypertension group). Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the levels of TGF - β1 ,LOX -1 and their correlation with BP analyzed. Results The levels of TGF - β1 ,LOX -1 and SBP,DBP,MBP were higher in hypertension group than in control group(P ﹤0. 05). Hypertensive patients classified according to the level of blood pressure,subgroup A 24 cases,subgroup B 27 cases,subgroup C 29 cases. There was significant difference in levels of TGF - β1 ,LOX -1 and SBP,DBP,MBP in 3 subgroups( P ﹤0. 05),and higher in subgroup C than in subgroups A,B,higher in subgroup B than in subgroup A(P ﹤0. 05). Correlation analysis showed that levels of TGF - β1 ,LOX -1 were positively correlated with SBP,DBP,MBP(r =0. 674,0. 562,0. 614;0. 825,0. 654,0. 729),and TGF - β1 positively with LOX -1( r =0. 710, P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion The levels of TGF - β1 ,LOX -1 are positively correlated with BP in EH patients. TGF - β1 , LOX -1 are risk factors of hypertension. So control of levels of TGF - β1 ,LOX -1 may help reduce BP levels in EH patients.
