模块化多电平换流器(MMC)存在内部环流,文中对其环流进行了简要分析,指出了对之进行抑制的必要性。提出了一种基于直接反馈控制原理的 MMC 新型环流抑制器,该控制器通过陷波器来提取环流中的二次基频分量,并以准比例谐振控制器对子模块调制信号进行补偿,从而达到了限制二次环流的目的。该方法原理简单,易于实现,同时对单相及三相系统均适用。仿真结果验证了所述方案的正确性和可行性。

The inner circulating current in the modular multilevel converter (MMC) is briefly analyzed and the necessity to restrain it is pointed out.A novel circulating current suppressor (NCCS) for MMC based on the direct feedback control principle is designed.The NCCS adopts notch filters to extract the secondary component in the inner circulating current,and then compensates for it with the modulation signals of sub-modules by the quasi-proportional-resonant (quasi-PR) controller. The proposed method is simple in principle,easy in implementation,and suitable for both single-phase and three-phase power systems.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy are verified by simulation results.
