本文是一个镇江案例的定性访谈研究，通过访谈调查揭示了镇江市医疗集团内医院与社区协作中的主要障碍因素。影响协作的障碍因素部分属于协作条件的缺乏，部分是协作过程中纵横双向博弈规则不完善的体现。根据指导式分工协作理论进行了讨论分析，并在分析各方可能采取的博弈策略的基础上，提出了促进协作的对策建议。

The disadvantageous factors influencing cooperation between hospitals in medical groups and community health centers(CHCs)in Zhenjiang City were identified using in - depth interviews. They were due partly to the lack of coopera-tive conditions and partly to the imperfect rules of bi - directional games during cooperation. We held various discussion and analy-sis according to the guide - type division of labor and cooperation theory and on the basis of analyzing the possible game strategies both parties might adopt put forward to the countermeasure and suggestion in order to promote cooperation.
