目的探讨上肢透明细胞肉瘤的疗效.方法对3例上肢透明细胞肉瘤患者采用了肿块扩大切除术进行治疗,并采用带蒂尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣覆盖创面.结果术后3例皮瓣全部存活,伤口Ⅰ期愈合.随访时间例1为2年,例2为4年,2例患者至今存活,局部肿块无复发,无局部和远处转移;例3患者于前臂中段截肢术后4个月死亡.结论透明细胞肉瘤是一种高度恶性的软组织肿瘤,早期手术是主要的治疗手段.
목적 탐토상지투명세포육류적료효.방법 대3례상지투명세포육류환자채용료종괴확대절제술진행치료,병채용대체척동맥완상피지피판복개창면.결과 술후3례피판전부존활,상구Ⅰ기유합.수방시간례1위2년,례2위4년,2례환자지금존활,국부종괴무복발,무국부화원처전이;례3환자우전비중단절지술후4개월사망.결론 투명세포육류시일충고도악성적연조직종류,조기수술시주요적치료수단.
Objective To explore the treatment effect of clear cell sarcoa of the upper extremity.Methods Three cases with clear cell sarcogma of the upper limb were treated with extended local excision.The wounds were covered by pedicled ulnar artery above-wrist cutaneous branch flap. Results All 3 flaps survived after the surgery.Primary wound healing was achieved.Follow up period was 2 years for case 1 and 4 years for case 2,who both survived till now with no local recurrence of the mass,no local and distant metastasis.Case 3 metastases and died 4 months after amputation at mid-forearm level.Conclusion Clear cell sarcoma is a highly malignant soft tissue tumor with bad prognosis.Surgery in the early stage is the main method of the treatment.
