目的探讨跌倒预防性护理在消化科老年住院患者中的应用.方法选取2008年1月1日至2010年12月31日1078例老年住院患者采用常规安全护理措施作为对照组;选取2011年1月1日至2013年12月31日1363例老年住院患者采用跌倒预防性护理措施的作为观察组,比较两组住院患者跌倒事件的发生率.结果跌倒发生率对照组为2.69％、观察组为0.29％,两者比较差异有统计学意义(x2=25.956,P＜0.001).结论跌倒预防性护理措施的应用,有助于降低消化科老年住院患者跌倒的发生率,为患者提供安全、优质的医疗护理服务,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the application effect of preventive nursing of falling in hospitalized elderly patients of gastroenterology.Methods 1078 cases of hospitalized elderly patients of Gastroenterology treated with conventional nursing care from January 1,2008 to December 31,2010 were selected as the contrast group and 1363 cases were selected as the observation group with the preventive nursing of falling from January 1,2011 to December 31,2013.The rate of falling was compared between two groups.Results In the event of falling,the rate was 2.69％ in the control group,and 0.29％ in the observation group,there was statistical significant difference (x 2=25.956) between them.Conclusion The applications of preventive nursing of falling could reduce the rate of event of falling in hospitalized elderly patients of gastroenterology,and provide safe and high quality health care services for them,which is worth for clinical application.
