目的探讨降低人工流产术后盆腔炎的发生率.方法对我院2012年4月至2013年4月在我院门诊行人工流产的患者1495例随机分成实验组1000例和对照组495例,实验组人工流产前给予臭氧液阴道冲洗3 min,术时仍按常规给予碘伏原液消毒阴道,术后根据每位患者的年龄、工作职业、孕产史、家庭情况等,有针对性的指导患者术后的注意事项,提高患者的遵医行为;对照组只是术时按常规给予碘伏原液消毒阴道后手术,术后按常规交代注意事项.结果盆腔炎发生率实验组1例(0.1％),对照组4例(0.8％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=4.980,P＜ 0.05).结论通过术前给予臭氧液阴道冲洗,提高了阴道的洁净度,术中严守无菌操作原则,从技术角度上减少人工流产术后感染的发生,术后实施针对性的健康教育,提高患者的遵医行为,从而有效减少人工流产后盆腔炎的发生率.

Objective To explore how to reduce artificial abortion postoperative pelvic inflammatory disease incidence.Methods 1495 patients in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 for abortion were randomly divided into experimental group with 1000 cases and control group with 495 cases,before artificial abortion the experimental group was given ozone liquid vagina rinse for 3 minutes,even when the operation was given routine iodophor solution vaginal disinfection,postoperative according to each patient's age,occupation,pregnancy history,family situation,the guidance of attention in patients after operation,improving the compliance behavior of patients; the control group was only given routine iodophor solution for disinfection of vaginal after operation,postoperative note according to the conventional account.Results There was 1 case of pelvic inflammation in experimental group,the incidence rate was 0.1％,the control group had 4 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease,the incidence rate was 0.8％,with statistical significance(x2=4.980,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The preoperative administration of ozone liquid vaginal douching can increase vaginal cleanliness,the principle of aseptic manipulation strictly in the operation,from a technical point of reducing artificial abortion occurrence after infection,after the implementation of targeted health education,improving the compliance behavior of patients,so as to effectively reduce the incidence of abortion after pelvic inflammatory disease.
