目的：探讨阑尾周围脓肿1期手术治疗的措施及效果。方法选取中山市坦洲医院2006年10月～2010年10月收治的阑尾周围脓肿患者138例，全部采取1期手术治疗措施，观察患者术后恢复情况及相关并发症的发生几率。结果本组138例全部治愈，术后发生粘连性肠梗阻6例（0.0435%），腹腔脓肿形成1例（0.007%），切口感染3例（0.0217%），无肠瘘发生。结论阑尾周围脓肿1期手术治疗是一种积极可取的治疗手段，并且具有治疗时间短、并发症少、费用低等特点。
목적：탐토란미주위농종1기수술치료적조시급효과。방법선취중산시탄주의원2006년10월～2010년10월수치적란미주위농종환자138례，전부채취1기수술치료조시，관찰환자술후회복정황급상관병발증적발생궤솔。결과본조138례전부치유，술후발생점련성장경조6례（0.0435%），복강농종형성1례（0.007%），절구감염3례（0.0217%），무장루발생。결론란미주위농종1기수술치료시일충적겁가취적치료수단，병차구유치료시간단、병발증소、비용저등특점。
Objective To explore the measures and effetts of appendiceal abscess in one stage operation treatment. Methods 138 cases in zhongshan tanzhou hosoital from 2006 October to 2010 year in October admitted patients with periappendicural abscess, take all the one stage operation treatment, the incidence andrelated complications was observed in patients with postoperative recovery. Results In this group, 138 cases were all cured, adhesive intestinal obstruction occurred after operation in 6 casea(0.0435%), abdominal abscess in 1 cases (0.007%), incision infection in 3 cases (0.0217%), no intestinal fistual. Conclusion One stage opertion treatment of periappendiceal abscess is a positive means of treatment, and has short treatment time, less complications, low cost features.
