目的:研究尿毒营养膏对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:将60例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服尿毒营养膏,疗程12周。观察两组在治疗前后基础营养指标、血红蛋白(HGB)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、β2-微球蛋白的水平。结果:两组患者治疗前后营养状况的比较有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组HGB水平较治疗前上升,较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组 ALB 水平上升但无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组 hs-CRP、IL-6水平较治疗前下降且低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组β2-微球蛋白水平有下降趋势,但无统计学意义。结论:尿毒营养膏可以改善维持性血液透析患者的营养状况,降低维持性血液透析患者的CRP、IL-6水平,能提升HGB水平,改善其贫血状态。

목적:연구뇨독영양고대유지성혈액투석환자미염증상태적영향。방법:장60례뇨독증유지성혈액투석환자수궤분위치료조、대조조각30례。량조균급여상규치료,치료조재상규치료기출상가복뇨독영양고,료정12주。관찰량조재치료전후기출영양지표、혈홍단백(HGB)、혈청백단백(ALB)、C-반응단백(hs-CRP)、백세포개소-6(IL-6)、β2-미구단백적수평。결과:량조환자치료전후영양상황적비교유현저차이(P<0.05),치료조HGB수평교치료전상승,교대조조유통계학차이(P<0.05),치료조 ALB 수평상승단무통계학의의(P>0.05),치료조 hs-CRP、IL-6수평교치료전하강차저우대조조(P<0.05),치료조β2-미구단백수평유하강추세,단무통계학의의。결론:뇨독영양고가이개선유지성혈액투석환자적영양상황,강저유지성혈액투석환자적CRP、IL-6수평,능제승HGB수평,개선기빈혈상태。
Objective: To observe clinical influence of Niaodu cream on micro inflammation in MHD patients. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases for each. All groups were given routine medicine, the treatment was given Niaodu cream more, basic nutrition indicators, HGB, ALB, hs-CRP, IL-6,β2-microglobulin levels were compared before and after treatment. Results: The difference of nutritional status between two groups was obvious (P<0.05), HGB levels in the treatment was higher with a statistical differencethan that before treatment (P<0.05), while ALB levels in the treatment was higher with no statistical difference (P>0.05), hs-CRP, IL-6 levels in the treatment was reduced and lower than that in the control (P<0.05),β2-microglobulin levels in the treatment tend to be reduced with no statistical significance. Conclusion: Niaodu cream can improve nutritional status and reduce CRP, IL-6 levels in MHD patients, improve anemia status through adjustment of HGB levels.
