在天然气、自来水、电力和电信部门定向钻进已是一种普通的施工工艺。钻孔轨迹可以是直的,也可以是逐渐弯曲的。对于水平段的设计,往往采用直线形式。本文结合现有的轨迹设计模型和几何知识,给出了水平段多曲线的设计模式,并推导相应的计算公式。进而根据计算模型,开发出能够适应工程实际需要的多曲线段设计算法。该算法易于程序实现,既可以进行参数化的轨迹设计,也可以进行力学方面的计算。

The operation of directional drilling has been widely used among the field of natural gas, Water Department and Electricity Department. The track, which can be straight or curve, is generally straight in horizontal section according to most current designs. This paper, based on the current design mode and the geometry knowledge, proposes a multi-curve design mode in the horizontal part, along with the computation formulations. Furthermore, in the light of this model, an algorithm is developed that is suitable for the application of multi-curve design of the real field. This algorithm is easy to implement with program, and has the advantage of parameterization design, which also makes it possible for the mechanics computation.
