Henoch Schonlein purpura (HSP)is a kind of capillary allergic vasculitis.The major clinical manifestations are palpa-ble purpura,arthritis,abdominal pain,and kidney damage.Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN)refers to the allergic purpu-ra (HSP)caused by the secondary glomerulonephritis.Current treatment methods have hormone,immune inhibitors,angiotensin con-verting enzyme inhibitors,anticoagulant therapy.The high dose methylprednisolone combined with immunosuppressive therapy is the most commonly used method.Nephrotic syndrome (nephrotic syndrome,NS)is caused by many reasons to summarize clinical syn-drome,caused by a variety of renal damage in severe proteinuria and a group of clinical manifestation.Clinical features of massive pro-teinuria,hyperlipidemia,hypoproteinemia,severe edema.According to the pathogeny is divided into primary and secondary,is a com-mon refractory disease.Clinical commonly used cytotoxic drugs and hormone therapy,the paper introduces the treatment of 1 cases of typical anaphylactoid purpura nephritis with nephrotic syndrome.
