目的：探讨军队医院临床药师工作开展情况及取得的成果。方法对军队医院临床药师队伍发展现状、参与临床治疗工作的主要内容、对现有工作模式体会以及未来的发展方向进行分析。结果临床药学是医院药学的发展方向；临床药师通过参与临床药学工作，提高药师在医院的整体地位，形成了临床药师治疗团队。结论军队医院临床药师在提高医院合理用药水平、保证医疗质量、缓解医患紧张关系等方面确实发挥着不可替代的作用。
목적：탐토군대의원림상약사공작개전정황급취득적성과。방법대군대의원림상약사대오발전현상、삼여림상치료공작적주요내용、대현유공작모식체회이급미래적발전방향진행분석。결과림상약학시의원약학적발전방향；림상약사통과삼여림상약학공작，제고약사재의원적정체지위，형성료림상약사치료단대。결론군대의원림상약사재제고의원합리용약수평、보증의료질량、완해의환긴장관계등방면학실발휘착불가체대적작용。
Objective To investigate the achievement of clinical pharmaceutical work in the military hos-pital.Methods The development status of clinical pharmacist team , main contents of pharmaceutical service in the clinical service, the existing work mode, as well as the future direction of pharmacy work were analyzed .Results Clinical pharmacy is the main task of the hospital pharmacy development .The pharmacists can improve theirservice level by participating clinical pharmacy work , at the same time the clinical pharmacist treatment team couldbe founded.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists will play an important role in securing the rational use of drugs ,ensuring the medical service quality and easing the tense doctor -patient relations.
