测力仪器在动态力测量与静态校准中的表现有较大差异,因此动态力校准对广泛使用的动态载荷测量有重要意义。本文首先对两种典型的动态力校准方法及相应装置的能力状态进行简单介绍;然后结合实际校准与测量工作提出动态力校准中存在的一些问题,并指出动态力校准装置的力传递形式及相关设计参数对校准结果有较大影响;最后对提出的问题进行梳理分类,并探讨解决问题的基本思路与原则,为建立动态力校准装置给出需要考虑的设计参数,也为编制动态力校准的规范提供必要的依据。

Force-measuring instruments show great different behavior between dynamic force measurement and static force measurement,so dynamic force calibration is significantly important for the widespread-used dynamic measuring of force loadings. In this paper,two typical meth-ods and corresponding systems of dynamic force calibration are simply introduced. Then,some practical problems from daily dynamic calibration and measurement are put forward,and it is pointed out that the force translation forms and corresponding designing parameters in dynamic force calibration systems will greatly impact on the calibration results. At last,the put-forward problems are rationally sorted and analyzed,and the es-sential principles and the basic schemes are discussed,which proposes the necessary designing parameters for dynamic force calibration system setup,and furthermore gives valuable reference for the specification authorization.
