目的:了解军队医院临床护士工作压力源现状。方法对14所军队医院临床护士进行问卷调查。其中工作压力源量表,采用李小妹等编译的中国护士工作压力源量表。结果军队医院护士在专业及工作维度感受到的压力最大,工作薪酬低居首位;聘任制护士感受到的压力高于军人、文职护士;总院、外科系统、手术室护士群体感受到更多的压力;月收入与护士工作压力源得分呈负相关。结论军队医院领导及护理管理者应结合不同护士群体工作压力源现状特点及影响因素,针对重点环节、重点人群持续进行重点关注。

Objective To investigate the situation of job stress sources of clinical nurses in military hospi-tals.Methods Nurses were investigated with the questionnaire from 14 military hospitals.Nurses pressure source scale translated and edited by Li Xiaomei was used to measure working pressure of nurses .Results The main stress is in the professional and working dimension , especially employment income; the employed nurses experi-enced more stress than army nurses and non -commissionel civilian nurses;the nurses in general hospital , surgical systems or operating rooms would experience higher stress;there was negative correlation between the dimensions of job stress and monthly income .Conclusion The nursing management measures of military hospitals should focus on the key points and the key groups by according to their own characteristics and influencing factors .
