为了解广西地区猪瘟的免疫抗体水平，采用正向间接血凝试验对采集自2011-2013年广西14个地市不同规模猪场的20271份血清样品进行了猪瘟抗体检测。结果表明，广西各地的猪瘟抗体水平存在一定差异，抗体合格率为64.4%~97.5%，平均合格率为84.9%，大型规模场和中小规模场的猪瘟抗体合格率较稳定，且保持在较高水平，分别为96.0%和87.5%；农村散养户和屠宰场/市场的抗体合格率相对较低，分别为82.7%和70.5%。

In order to evaluate the status of the immunity against hog cholera in pigs in Guangxi region ,20 271 serum samples from pig farms of different scales in 14 different regions of Guangxi region were collected during 2011 to 2013.These samples were tested by indirect hemagglutination test (IHA).The results showed that the immune levels of hog cholera antibody varied from different regions in Guangxi ,the qualified rate ranged from 64.4%to 97.5%,and the mean qualified rate was 84.9%;the qualified rates of hog cholera antibody of large scale and small and medium scale pig farms remained stable and high ,and reached 96.0%and 87.5%,respectively;the qualified rates of rural households and slaughterhouse/marketplace were lower,and stood at 82.7%and 70.5%,respectively.
