[目的]研究单羰基姜黄素类似物(代号B06)对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝糖脂代谢紊乱的影响。[方法]应用高糖高脂饲料喂养,小剂量STZ干扰建立Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型[1],并随机分模型组、A75治疗组、C66治疗组、正常对照组,各组均灌胃治疗12周;检测各组大鼠血生化指标[2]。[结果]单羰基姜黄素类似物能明显改善试验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的血糖升高,FINS明显低于模型组;肝脏TC、血清TG、TC有明显的降低作用,对血清HDL有明显的升高作用,有统计学意义;[结论]单羰基姜黄素类似物对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝有一定的治疗作用。

[목적]연구단탄기강황소유사물(대호B06)대Ⅱ형당뇨병대서비주정성지방간당지대사문란적영향。[방법]응용고당고지사료위양,소제량STZ간우건립Ⅱ형당뇨병대서모형[1],병수궤분모형조、A75치료조、C66치료조、정상대조조,각조균관위치료12주;검측각조대서혈생화지표[2]。[결과]단탄기강황소유사물능명현개선시험성Ⅱ형당뇨병대서적혈당승고,FINS명현저우모형조;간장TC、혈청TG、TC유명현적강저작용,대혈청HDL유명현적승고작용,유통계학의의;[결론]단탄기강황소유사물대Ⅱ형당뇨병대서비주정성지방간유일정적치료작용。
[Objective]To research the effect of single carbonyl curcumin analogues on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in TypeⅡdiabetic rats.[Method] Building the TypeⅡdiabetic rats model that implicating with small dose of streptozotocin by raising heat breeding ,randomly divided into model group , A75 treatment group ,C66 treatment group ,and normal control group ,each rat was accordingly given lavage treatment for 12 weeks;then tested groups of sugar and lipid metabolism of blood biochemical indexes.[Results]In sugar metabolism ,single hydroxyl curcumin analogues could obviously improve the experimental TypeⅡdiabetic rats blood glucose ,FINS significantly lower than the model group. In lipid metabolism ,liver TC ,serum TG and TC were significantly lower ,serum HDL significantly increased ,and it had statistical significance.[Conclusion]Single hydroxyl curcumin analogues for TypeⅡdiabetes mellitus rats had a certain therapeutic effect of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
