对枸杞新品种宁杞6号、宁杞8号的叶片解剖结构进行了比较,结果表明宁杞6号、宁杞8号的叶片均较宁杞1号厚,表皮和角质层都比较厚。宁杞6号、宁杞8号都属于异面叶,叶肉栅栏组织较发达,通常由2~4层细胞组成,细胞短小,排列紧密,内部富含叶绿素,胞间隙大,维管组织发达,是这2个枸杞新品种生长旺盛、果实较大的基础依据。
對枸杞新品種寧杞6號、寧杞8號的葉片解剖結構進行瞭比較,結果錶明寧杞6號、寧杞8號的葉片均較寧杞1號厚,錶皮和角質層都比較厚。寧杞6號、寧杞8號都屬于異麵葉,葉肉柵欄組織較髮達,通常由2~4層細胞組成,細胞短小,排列緊密,內部富含葉綠素,胞間隙大,維管組織髮達,是這2箇枸杞新品種生長旺盛、果實較大的基礎依據。
대구기신품충저기6호、저기8호적협편해부결구진행료비교,결과표명저기6호、저기8호적협편균교저기1호후,표피화각질층도비교후。저기6호、저기8호도속우이면협,협육책란조직교발체,통상유2~4층세포조성,세포단소,배렬긴밀,내부부함협록소,포간극대,유관조직발체,시저2개구기신품충생장왕성、과실교대적기출의거。
The anatomical structures of leaves of 2 new varieties in wolfberry were comparatively studied. The results showed that the leaf thinckness of Ningqi No.6 and Ningqi No.8 were bigger than the Ningqi No.1 ,the cell of upper epidermis and cuticle was thick. The two new verieties were all bifacial leaf,palisade mesophyll which was made up by 2~4 layers was well developed,and showed cells short,tightly packed,more chloroplast in it. But there was quite large intercellular spaces among spongy tissue ,vascular tissue was well developed and these were the basis of two new varieties of medlar vigorous growth and large fruit.
