目的：分析急性心肌梗死并发心律失常的心电图特点。方法选择我院2011年10月～2014年1月收治的50例心肌梗死并发心律失常患者，全部患者均实施常规心电图和动态心电图检测，经过我院的细心和严谨的诊断发现，合并室性心律失常的例数占了绝大部分，总共为42例，占总例数的84％。结果心肌梗死患者以并发室性早搏、心室颤动、窦性心动过缓、心房颤动、窦性心动过速、阵发性室性心动过速、房室传导阻滞、束支传导阻滞、房屋早搏、窦性心动过缓为主。结论动态心电图为诊断心肌梗死患者最为有效的诊断工具，能提高诊断患者的准确率，故值得临床推广和应用。

목적：분석급성심기경사병발심률실상적심전도특점。방법선택아원2011년10월～2014년1월수치적50례심기경사병발심률실상환자，전부환자균실시상규심전도화동태심전도검측，경과아원적세심화엄근적진단발현，합병실성심률실상적례수점료절대부분，총공위42례，점총례수적84％。결과심기경사환자이병발실성조박、심실전동、두성심동과완、심방전동、두성심동과속、진발성실성심동과속、방실전도조체、속지전도조체、방옥조박、두성심동과완위주。결론동태심전도위진단심기경사환자최위유효적진단공구，능제고진단환자적준학솔，고치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective to analyze the ECG characteristic of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia.Methods in our hospital from 2011 October to 2014 January were treated 50 cases of myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia patients,all patients underwent routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram detection,through our careful and precise diagnosis,number of cases with ventricular arrhythmia accounted for the vast majority,a total of 42 cases,accounting for the total cases number 84%.Results in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular premature beat, ventricular fibrillation,sinus bradycardia,Heartbeat atrial fibrillation,sinus Heartbeat tachycardia,paroxysmal ventricular Heartbeat tachycardia,atrioventricular block,bundle branch block,house beats,sinus bradycardia.Heartbeat.Conclusion dynamic electrocardiogram as the most effective diagnostic tools for the diag-nosis of patients with myocardial infarction,can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of patients,it is worthy of promotion and application.
