目的:探讨急性甲胺磷农药中毒早期血药浓度与T淋巴细胞亚群的关系。方法选择河北大学附属医院急诊医学科2007年1月至2013年6月收治的92例口服急性甲胺磷农药中毒患者,按中毒程度分为轻中度中毒组54例和重度中毒组38例,另选同期健康体检者92例为对照组,检测并分析中毒患者血药浓度与CD3+、CD8+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28-的关系。结果重度中毒组血药浓度水平较轻中度中毒组明显高(P<0.01),CD3+、CD8+、CD8+CD28+细胞数较轻中度中毒组明显低(P<0.01),而CD8+CD28-细胞数较轻中度中毒组明显高(P<0.01)。结论急性甲胺磷农药中毒早期血药浓度越高,中毒程度愈重,细胞免疫受损越严重。

목적:탐토급성갑알린농약중독조기혈약농도여T림파세포아군적관계。방법선택하북대학부속의원급진의학과2007년1월지2013년6월수치적92례구복급성갑알린농약중독환자,안중독정도분위경중도중독조54례화중도중독조38례,령선동기건강체검자92례위대조조,검측병분석중독환자혈약농도여CD3+、CD8+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28-적관계。결과중도중독조혈약농도수평교경중도중독조명현고(P<0.01),CD3+、CD8+、CD8+CD28+세포수교경중도중독조명현저(P<0.01),이CD8+CD28-세포수교경중도중독조명현고(P<0.01)。결론급성갑알린농약중독조기혈약농도월고,중독정도유중,세포면역수손월엄중。
Objective To investigate the early blood drug concentration correlations of acute methamidophos poisoning with T lymphocyte subsets. Methods 92 patients with acute methamidophos pesticide taken orally admitted into Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University between January, 2007 to June, 2013 were selected. According to the degree of poisoning, they were divided into mild, moderate poisoning group (54 cases) and severe poisoning group (38 cases), another 92 healthy people who taken physical check-up as control group. Detection and analysis of the relationship between serum drug concentration and toxic CD3+, CD8+, CD8+CD28+, CD8+CD28-were conducted. Results The concentration of blood drug level of severe poisoning group was significantly higher than that of mild and moderate poisoning group (P<0.01). CD3+, CD8+, CD8+CD28+cell number were decreased signiifcantly than that of mild and moderate poisoning group (P<0.01). but the number of CD8+CD28-cells were significantly increased than that of mild and moderate poisoning group (P<0.01). Conclusion The higher the early blood drug concentration of acute methamidophos poisoning, the degree of poisoning is severer, the more seriously impaired the immune cells are.
