在绿源有机肥中添加不同比例的海洋侧孢短芽孢杆菌菌株(AMCC 100018),制成生物有机肥作为基肥施用在设施黄瓜上,同时以单施绿源有机肥为对照,研究了不同处理对黄瓜生长、品质、产量及土壤化学性状的影响。试验结果表明,海洋侧孢短芽孢杆菌菌剂与生物有机肥按1∶250施用,即海洋侧孢短芽孢杆菌菌剂用量6.67 kg/hm2,生物有机肥施用量1665 kg/hm2,可有效促进黄瓜生长,显著改善黄瓜果实的营养品质。

We produced bio-organic fertilizers by adding different ratios of Brevibacillus laterosporus (AMCC 100018) in Lvyuan organic fertilizer, and applied different bio -organic fertilizers in greenhouse cucumber as base fertilizer, in addition, we studied the effects of different bio-organic fertilizers on growth, quality, yield and soil chemical character of cucumber by taking the treatment applying Lvyuan organic fertilizer only as control. The results showed that, while the dosage ratio of B. laterosporus (6.67 kg/hm2) to bio-organic fertilizer was 1∶250, the cucumber growth was effectively promoted, and the growth and nutritional quality of cucumber fruit was significantly improved.
