目的：对中药内服配合美容治疗黄褐斑进行探讨。方法：将我院2010年1月至2013年2月间的黄褐斑患者84例分为观察组42例，对照组42例。对照组仅采用美容治疗，观察组患者在美容治疗的基础上采用中药内服疗法，观察两组患者的治疗疗效。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.24%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为83.34%，观察组患者的治疗效果要优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药内服配合美容治疗黄褐斑有着良好的效果，值得临床推广。

목적：대중약내복배합미용치료황갈반진행탐토。방법：장아원2010년1월지2013년2월간적황갈반환자84례분위관찰조42례，대조조42례。대조조부채용미용치료，관찰조환자재미용치료적기출상채용중약내복요법，관찰량조환자적치료료효。결과：관찰조환자적치료총유효솔위95.24%，대조조환자적치료총유효솔위83.34%，관찰조환자적치료효과요우우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：중약내복배합미용치료황갈반유착량호적효과，치득림상추엄。
Objective To discuss the treatment of chloasma through internal traditional Chinese medicine combined with beauty. Methods 84 cases of patients with chloasma from January 2010 to February 2010 in the hospital were divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group. The control group only used beauty treatment,and observation group used internal traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of beauty treatment. The treatment effects of two groups of patients were observed. Results The total effective treatment rate of the observation group was 95.24%,and that in the control group was 83.34%,the curative effect of observation group of patients is superior to control group. The treatment effect of the observation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chloasma through internal traditional Chinese medicine combined with beauty has good effect,and is worth clinical promotion.
