目的：探讨激素依赖性皮炎的临床特点。方法：对60例皮肤科门诊确诊的由外用化妆品导致激素依赖性皮炎患者进行回顾总结。结果：所有患者均为单独使用一种或多种化妆品后发生，表现为激素依赖性皮炎样症状，加用雷公藤治疗效果显著（P＜0.05）。结论：激素依赖性皮炎有其隐蔽性，容易被患者忽视，治疗可加用雷公藤，效果显著。

목적：탐토격소의뢰성피염적림상특점。방법：대60례피부과문진학진적유외용화장품도치격소의뢰성피염환자진행회고총결。결과：소유환자균위단독사용일충혹다충화장품후발생，표현위격소의뢰성피염양증상，가용뢰공등치료효과현저（P＜0.05）。결론：격소의뢰성피염유기은폐성，용역피환자홀시，치료가가용뢰공등，효과현저。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of dermatitis like skin disease of hormone dependent. Methods Reviewing 60 cases of Outpatient Department of Dermatology who were diagnosed topical hormone dependent dermatitis due to cosmetic. Results All the patients were only used one or more cosmetic after,and the performance was hormone dependent dermatitis symptom. The clinical efficacy was significant when Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.f. was added(P<0.05). Conclusion Hormone dependent dermatitis is disguised,and patients may ignore it. The clinical efficacy is better when Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.f. is added.
