为促进学生学习的正迁移、提高教学成效,探讨了在“电工学”教学中基于学习迁移理论所采取的教学策略,提出在教学过程中应以基本概念和基本原理为出发点,在突出知识之间共同因素的同时注意消除负迁移的影响,积极创设学习情境,关注培养学生掌握科学的学习方法并通过适当的练习巩固所学知识。教学实践表明,积极地促进学习迁移是提高教学效率、培养学生能力的有效途径。

This paper discusses teaching strategies of Electrotechnics based on learning transfer theory to pro-mote transfer of learning and to improve teaching effectiveness .The teacher should take basic concepts and principles as the starting point ,and tries to eliminate the influence of negative transfer while emphasizing the common factors between different knowledge ,create learning situation actively ,cultivate students to grasp cor-rect ways to learn and consolidate what the pupils have learned through proper exercises .The teaching prac-tice show that active promotion of learning transer can effectively improve teaching efficiency and cultivate the students'ability.
