受材料内应力影响,可倾瓦轴承体加工后出现中分面错口、内径圆度超差现象,导致装配后轴瓦间隙不一致。经过分析变形原因、多次调整加工工序与加工余量,较好地解决了轴承体加工变形问题,满足了可倾瓦轴承体的圆度公差要求,保证了装配后可倾瓦轴承轴瓦间隙的一致性。

Due to the impact of the material internal stress, a mid-split surface stagger and inner diameter roundness out-of-tolerance occurred after machining of the tilting-pad bearing, therefore the bearing pad clearance were not consistent after assembly. Through analyzing the deformation causes and adjusting the machining procedures and machining allowance for many times, the machining deformation problem is properly solved which not only satisfies the roundness tolerance requirements but also guarantees the pad clearance consistency of the tilting-pad bearing after assembly.
