本文概述了多级离心鼓风机的研发技术。基于定制开发了多级离心鼓风机全参数化气动性能快速分析设计系统,可在短时间内获得在特定限制条件下优化性能的风机流道设计参数,根据这些设计参数,以模板化的方式快速建立风机转子系统的三维实体模型,进一步完成转子系统的结构强度和转子动力学分析。以此流程设计的风机,技术性能有所提高,减少了研制样机反复试验的成本。

This paper overviewed the research and development technique for multi-stage centrifugal blowers. Based on the rapid analyzing design system developed for fully parametric aerodynamic performance of multi-stage centrifugal compressor, the design parameters of fan flow channel with optimize performance under the specific limited condition can be obtained within a short period. According to these design parameters, the 3D model of fan rotor system can be established rapidly with template means, and the analysis of structural strength of rotor system and rotor dynamics was completed in further. Based on this process to design fan, it can reduce test cost and shorten cycle of the prototype researched and manufactured.
