采用图结构对冷却单元进行表示和分类,得到一系列冷却子回路图,依据距离最近原则,将冷却子回路图连接成一个连通图;通过路径搜索及评价算法获得最优的冷却回路路径;通过对冷却回路进行启发式延伸得到最终的加工方案,实现了冷却系统的自动化设计。以此为基础,在UG NX平台上开发了塑料注射模冷却系统CAD模块,并通过实例证明了所研究方法的可行性与优越性。
採用圖結構對冷卻單元進行錶示和分類,得到一繫列冷卻子迴路圖,依據距離最近原則,將冷卻子迴路圖連接成一箇連通圖;通過路徑搜索及評價算法穫得最優的冷卻迴路路徑;通過對冷卻迴路進行啟髮式延伸得到最終的加工方案,實現瞭冷卻繫統的自動化設計。以此為基礎,在UG NX平檯上開髮瞭塑料註射模冷卻繫統CAD模塊,併通過實例證明瞭所研究方法的可行性與優越性。

The cooling units are expressed and classified by graph structure ,then a series of cooling sub-circuit graph structures are got.These cooling sub-circuit graph structures can be connected into a connected graph structure automatically according to the principle of nearest distance .The algorithm of cooling circuit path searching and assessing is researched to find out the optimal cooling circuit path .The cooling circuit machining scheme can be finally got by the heuristic method of extending the cooling cir -cuits,thus the design automation of the cooling system is realized .On this base,a CAD module for plastic injection mould cooling system is developed on UG NX ,the application examples prove the practicability and superiority of the technology researched .
