干电池封口胶的涂抹质量是确保干电池长期保存的关键。为实现干电池封口胶质量视觉自动检测,探讨了相关的图像增强、阈值分割、边缘检测和目标区域提取方法:采用灰度线性变换进行图像增强,基于Sobel算子实现干电池锌桶内、外壁边缘检测,并根据干电池图像中各特征区域像素分布情况提出了可变阈值分割方法。实验结果表明,该方法可准确提取内、外层胶体边缘图像特征,为实现涂胶质量评估及缺陷识别建立了基础。
榦電池封口膠的塗抹質量是確保榦電池長期保存的關鍵。為實現榦電池封口膠質量視覺自動檢測,探討瞭相關的圖像增彊、閾值分割、邊緣檢測和目標區域提取方法:採用灰度線性變換進行圖像增彊,基于Sobel算子實現榦電池鋅桶內、外壁邊緣檢測,併根據榦電池圖像中各特徵區域像素分佈情況提齣瞭可變閾值分割方法。實驗結果錶明,該方法可準確提取內、外層膠體邊緣圖像特徵,為實現塗膠質量評估及缺陷識彆建立瞭基礎。
