Montmoril onite%Diarrhea%TFF3%NO%SOD
[目的]拟探讨新型蒙脱石防治仔猪腹泻的作用机理。[方法]选取30头健康“杜×大×长”三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为5组。分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+1 g/kg新型蒙脱石、基础日粮+3 g/kg新型蒙脱石、基础日粮+5 g/kg新型蒙脱石和基础日粮+3 g/kg微生态制剂。4周后动物前腔静脉采血,检测血清中TFF3、NO和 SOD的含量。[结果]与空白对照组相比,新型蒙脱石高剂量组动物血清中TFF3水平极显著升高,NO水平极显著降低, SOD水平显著升高;新型蒙脱石中剂量组动物血清中 TFF3水平显著升高, NO水平显著降低。[结论]新型蒙脱石抗断奶仔猪腹泻的作用机理可能与上调机体 TFF3和 SOD水平,下调NO含量有关。
[目的]擬探討新型矇脫石防治仔豬腹瀉的作用機理。[方法]選取30頭健康“杜×大×長”三元雜交斷奶仔豬,隨機分為5組。分彆飼餵基礎日糧、基礎日糧+1 g/kg新型矇脫石、基礎日糧+3 g/kg新型矇脫石、基礎日糧+5 g/kg新型矇脫石和基礎日糧+3 g/kg微生態製劑。4週後動物前腔靜脈採血,檢測血清中TFF3、NO和 SOD的含量。[結果]與空白對照組相比,新型矇脫石高劑量組動物血清中TFF3水平極顯著升高,NO水平極顯著降低, SOD水平顯著升高;新型矇脫石中劑量組動物血清中 TFF3水平顯著升高, NO水平顯著降低。[結論]新型矇脫石抗斷奶仔豬腹瀉的作用機理可能與上調機體 TFF3和 SOD水平,下調NO含量有關。

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the mechanism of innovative montmoril onite for diarrhea treatment. [Method] Thirty healthy weanling piglets (Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) were randomly divided into five groups and fed with basal diet, basal diet + 1 g/kg innovative montmoril onite, basal diet + 3 g/kg innovative montmoril onite, basal diet + 5 g/kg innovative montmoril onite and basal diet + 3 g/kg Bacil us subtilis microecologic agent, respectively. After four weeks, blood samples were col ected via precaval vein, to detect the content of TFF3, NO and SOD in serum by ELISA kits. [Result] Compared with blank control group, the content of TFF3, NO and SOD in high-dose innovative montmoril onite group was extremely significantly increased, extremely significantly reduced and significantly in-creased, respectively; the content of TFF3 and NO in middle-dose innovative mont-moril onite group was significantly increased and significantly reduced, respectively. [Conclusion] Innovative montmoril onite may exert beneficial therapeutic actions on diarrhea by increasing TFF3 and SOD levels and decreasing NO level.
