目的：探讨头皮抽提针法配合康复训练对偏瘫恢复期患肢运动功能恢复的效果。方法选择本院2010年10月～2013年6月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者118例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在常规康复治疗的基础上配合头皮抽提针法；对照组给予常规康复治疗。用Brunnstrom分期、Fugl-Meyer积分法及FCA综合功能评定法，评价患者治疗1、3个疗程时患肢运动功能恢复情况。结果治疗1、3个疗程后研究患者Brunnstrom分期、Fugl-Meyer积分法及FCA患肢功能评分均较综合治疗前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），且治疗组各指标明显优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论头皮抽提针法配合康复训练对偏瘫恢复期患肢运动功能恢复有明确较好的疗效，能较大程度的恢复肢体运动功能，预防残疾，降低致残率，减轻残疾程度，值得推广应用[1]。

목적：탐토두피추제침법배합강복훈련대편탄회복기환지운동공능회복적효과。방법선택본원2010년10월～2013년6월수치적뇌졸중편탄환자118례，수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조재상규강복치료적기출상배합두피추제침법；대조조급여상규강복치료。용Brunnstrom분기、Fugl-Meyer적분법급FCA종합공능평정법，평개환자치료1、3개료정시환지운동공능회복정황。결과치료1、3개료정후연구환자Brunnstrom분기、Fugl-Meyer적분법급FCA환지공능평분균교종합치료전명현개선，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），차치료조각지표명현우우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론두피추제침법배합강복훈련대편탄회복기환지운동공능회복유명학교호적료효，능교대정도적회복지체운동공능，예방잔질，강저치잔솔，감경잔질정도，치득추엄응용[1]。
Objective To study the extraction scalp acupuncture and ehabilitation training on hemiplegia recovery of limb motor function recovery effect.Methods our hospital in October 2010 to June 2013 treated 118 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group on the basis of routine rehabilitation therapy with extraction scalp acupuncture;The control group given routine rehabilitation.Out in installment,Fugl-Meyer integral method and FCA comprehensive functional assessment method,to evaluate the treatment 1 ,3 patients with limb motor function recovery treatment.Results after 1 ,3 course of study patients out in installment,Fugl-Meyer integral method and FCA limb function scores were improved significantly before the compre-hensive treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group,each index difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion extraction scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation train-ing on hemiplegia recovery limb motor function recovery with clear good curative effect,limb motor function,can be largely restored to prevent disability,reduce morbidity,reducing the level of disability is worthy of popularization and application in[1].
