为了更好地改善2,3-二羟甲基-2,3-二硝基-1,4-丁二醇四硝酸酯(2,3-bis (hydroxymethyl)-2,3-dinitro-1,4-butanediol tetranitrate,BHDBT)的某些性能,通过2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(2,4,6-trinitrotoluene,TNT)对 BHDBT 进行包覆研究了其对 BHDBT 性能的影响。以BHDBT为主体,采用溶液水悬浮法,分别与质量分数为3%、8%和10%的TNT混合得到样品1,2,3,对混合前后样品进行差示扫描量热法( Differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)和热重分析( Thermogravimetric analysis,TG)测试。比较结果发现,样品1和样品2的热安定略有降低,样品3的热安定性略有提高,且3种样品的分解热均显著提高,分解残渣均增加。用扫描电子显微镜( Scanning electron microscope,SEM)和激光粒度仪进行分析,发现样品1的粒度变化不显著,样品2和3的颗粒明显变大。机械感度测试结果表明,样品3与BHDBT相比,撞击感度有下降的趋势,而样品1和2没有显著变化;3种样品的摩擦感度均与BHDBT相同。

In order to improve the characteristics of 2 , 3-bis ( hydroxymethyl )-2 , 3-dinitro-1 , 4-butanediol tetranitrate( BHDBT) ,a series of covering experiments for BHDBT are conducted to study the effect of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene( TNT) on the characteristics of BHDBT. Selecting BHDBT as the main explosive and TNT as binder,three samples marked as No. 1,No. 2 and No. 3 with fractions of 3%,8% and 10% TNT respectively are prepared by solution-water suspension. The thermal stability of BHDBT and three temples is tested by differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) and thermogravimetric analysis( TG) . Comparing the results of DSC and TG,it shows that thermal decom-position heat and decomposition residue of all samples increase,thermal stability of sample No. 1 and No. 2 decrease slightly,but No. 3 increases slightly. The comparative particle size analyses of BHDBT and samples are made based on the analysis results with scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and laser particle size analyzer. It is found that the particle size of sample No. 1 change a little compared with BHDBT,but the sizes of No. 2 and No. 3 enlarge much. The comparative mechanical sensitivity analyses of BHDBT and samples are conducted. It is found the impact sensitivity of sample No. 3 shows a declining tendency compared with BHDBT,but the sensitivity of No. 1 and No. 2 changes a little;the friction sensitivity of all samples is the same with that of BHDBT.
