为了探究脉冲喷射制备细胞微胶囊的粒径变化规律和控制方法,采用微流体数字化喷射技术进行了细胞微胶囊的制备研究。制备的细胞微胶囊平均粒径可小至28μm,相应的标准偏差小于5μm,具有较好的单分散性,通过改变驱动电压和微喷嘴内径可方便地控制细胞微胶囊的粒径大小和分布。微流体数字化喷射后细胞存活率达93%,对细胞活性影响小,适于细胞微胶囊的制备。脉冲喷射法制备细胞微胶囊,对于细胞微胶囊的后续自动化操作处理具有应用价值。

Based on the digital injection of micro-fluidic technology,cell microcapsules preparation is done to determine the changing law and control method of the cell microcapsules diameters. The mean diameter of the resultant microcapsules can reach less than 28 μm,the standard deviation is less than 5 μm, and the diameters are well monodisperse. The cell microcapsule diameter and the distribution can be conveniently changed by adjusting the driving voltage and the diameter of the micro nozzle. The survival of the cells in microcapsule is about 94%. The viability of the cells is slightly influenced by the cell microcapsulation. The prepation technology based on the digital injection of micro-fluide is suitable for the cell encapsulation. This supplies application value to deal with the cell microcapsulation automatically in the follow-up work.
