本课题以含铬革屑为原料,通过酸法脱铬和酸碱综合脱铬试验,选择合适的工艺条件,以求获得铬含量较低的胶原蛋白样品。以水解率和铬含量为指标,系统考察了预处理、原料用量、反应时间、反应温度对脱铬效果的影响,并通过正交试验优化脱铬条件。

The topic used chrome shavings as raw materials, through the acid and acid-base composite dechroming experiments, and by selecting the appropriate process conditions, to obtain the collagen sample with lower chromium content. With the hydrolysis rate and chromium content as indicators, the effect of pretreatment, raw material amount, reaction time and reaction temperature on dechroming was examined systematically, and dechroming conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.
