通过对大豆磷脂进行H2O2氧化(羟基化)、马来酸酐酯化、中和、偏重亚硫酸钠亚硫酸化的化学改性方法,合成出了结合型磷脂加脂剂。着重研究了羟基化反应和马来酸酐酯化反应中各因素的改变对反应的影响。通过正交实验得到了H2O2氧化反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度65℃,反应时间5 h,H2O2用量与磷脂的质量比为20%,乳酸用量与磷脂的质量比为4%;马来酸酐酯化反应的最佳工艺为:催化剂质量分数为0.8%,反应温度100℃,反应时间3 h。

The combined soybean phospholipid fatliqour was prepared using soybean phospholipid as raw materials through four steps: hydroxylation, esterification with maleic anhydride, neutralization, sulphitation. The effects of some factors change in the hydroxylation and esterification with maleic anhydride to the reactions were researched emphatically. The optimum conditions of the hydroxylation reaction are obtaind:temperature is 65℃,time is 5h , the dosage of hydrogen peroxide and lactic acid are 20%and 4%respectively (based on the mass of phospholipid). The optimum conditions of the ester reaction are as follow:the dosage of catalyst is 0.8% (based on the mass of phospholipid), temperature of reaction is 100℃, time is 3h.
