目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者应用门控负荷/静息心肌灌注显像的影像学表现及左心室功能的变化。方法选择在新疆医科大学第一附属医院核医学科行心肌灌注显像的2型糖尿病患者32例（试验组）及非糖尿病（无心血管疾病及心肌损害）患者25例（对照组）。分别统计两组总负荷评分（SSS）、总静息评分（SRS）和总差值（SDS）及左室相关功能参数、射血分数（LVEF）与高峰充盈率（PFR），并进行对比分析。结果两组SSS、SRS、SDS值差异均有统计学意义（P ＜00．5）；负荷后试验组31例患者90个节段（90/544）出现了不同程度的缺血性改变；运动负荷后两组LVEF值差异有统计学意义（P ＜00．5），PFR值差异无统计学意义（P ＞00．5）。结论糖尿病无症状性心肌缺血患者心肌灌注显像有不同程度的心肌缺血表现，并伴有一定程度的心肌收缩功能减退。
목적：탐토2형당뇨병환자응용문공부하/정식심기관주현상적영상학표현급좌심실공능적변화。방법선택재신강의과대학제일부속의원핵의학과행심기관주현상적2형당뇨병환자32례（시험조）급비당뇨병（무심혈관질병급심기손해）환자25례（대조조）。분별통계량조총부하평분（SSS）、총정식평분（SRS）화총차치（SDS）급좌실상관공능삼수、사혈분수（LVEF）여고봉충영솔（PFR），병진행대비분석。결과량조SSS、SRS、SDS치차이균유통계학의의（P ＜00．5）；부하후시험조31례환자90개절단（90/544）출현료불동정도적결혈성개변；운동부하후량조LVEF치차이유통계학의의（P ＜00．5），PFR치차이무통계학의의（P ＞00．5）。결론당뇨병무증상성심기결혈환자심기관주현상유불동정도적심기결혈표현，병반유일정정도적심기수축공능감퇴。
Objective To compare the results of gated myocardial perfusion imaging (M PI) of type 2 diabe-tes patients to analyze the imaging manifestation of myocardial functional changing .Methods 32 cases of type 2 diabetes patients (experimental group) were selected and 25 cases of patients with no history of car-diovascular disease (control group) have already done the Gated Myocardial Perfusion Imaging in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University .The summed stress score (SSS) ,summed rest score (SRS) and summed difference score (SDS=SSS-SRS) ,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and peak filling rate (PFR) were calculated .Data of those 2 groups were analyzed .Results After stress the experi-mental group had higher summed stress score (P < 0 .05) ,summed difference score (P < 0 .05) ,and summed rest score (P <0 .05) compared to the control group .After stress MPI 31/32 patients (experi-mental group) had myocardial perfusion abnormalities ,a total of 90 segments appeared ischemic changes (90/544) .The experimental group had lower LVEF score (P <0 0.5) compared to control group ,but PFR score had no difference from control group (P >0 0.5) .Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients with silent myocardial ischemia have different degrees of myocardial ischemia in myocardial perfusion imaging ,accom-panied by a certain degree of myocardial systolic function impairment .
