目的：探讨单纯修补术联合药物治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床疗效。方法选择乳源瑶族自治县人民医院136例十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者随机分为观察组和对照组(n=68)，对照组采用胃大部切除术治疗，观察组采用单纯修补术联合药物治疗，比较2组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间及术后并发症发生率均显著低于对照组，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)；观察组治愈65例，治愈率95.59%，对照组治愈63例，治愈率92.65%，2组比较差异无统计学意义；术后随访1～2年，观察组溃疡复发率7.35%，对照组溃疡复发率5.89%，2组比较差异无统计学意义。结论单纯修补术联合药物治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少、复发率等优点，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토단순수보술연합약물치료십이지장궤양천공적림상료효。방법선택유원요족자치현인민의원136례십이지장궤양천공환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조(n=68)，대조조채용위대부절제술치료，관찰조채용단순수보술연합약물치료，비교2조적림상치료효과。결과관찰조적수술시간、주원시간급술후병발증발생솔균현저저우대조조，2조비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05)；관찰조치유65례，치유솔95.59%，대조조치유63례，치유솔92.65%，2조비교차이무통계학의의；술후수방1～2년，관찰조궤양복발솔7.35%，대조조궤양복발솔5.89%，2조비교차이무통계학의의。결론단순수보술연합약물치료십이지장궤양천공구유창상소、회복쾌、병발증소、복발솔등우점，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pure plastic operation union medicine treat duodenal ulcer perforation. Methods 136 patients with duodenal ulcer perforation were divided into the observation group and the control group stochastically, each 68 examples, the control group was treated by stomach big excision method and the observation group was treated by Pure plastic operation union medicine, The clinical results of two groups were compared. Results The operative time, hospital stay and postoperative complications of observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);65 cases were cured in the observation group and the cure rate was 95.59%, 63 cases were cured in the control group and the cure rate was 92.65%, the difference was not statistically significant;All patients were followed up for 1-2 years, the ulcer recurrence rate was 7.35%in the observation group and the ulcer recurrence rate 5.89%in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Pure plastic operation union medicine treat duodenal ulcer perforation has advantages with small trauma, rapid recovery, fewer complications and the recurrence rate, it is worth promoting and application.
