In ancient Jizhou, there were many kinds of gorgeous martial cultures with rich contents and long history. This paper, taking the traditional martial culture as the basis and the martial arts such as Sanhuangpaochui, Baguazhang and Xingyiquan that have been inheriting in Jizhou for examples, attempts to review, explore, save and sort the martial culture heritage in ancient Jizhou, and then discuss their historical values and realistic significance in scientific perspective. It also attempts to develop the profound martial culture, promote the development of the nation’s fitness sports, make the martial culture have a solid foundation in developing their advantages and discarding their disadvantages so as to make the traditional Chinese culture spread widely.
