目的:调查广西围产儿先天性心脏病发生的各种危险因素,为制定干预措施提供可靠依据。方法采用1∶1病例对照研究方法分析我区先天性心脏病围产儿父母的孕前及孕早期的相关影响因素。采用χ2检验和Logiatic回归分析。结果多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果表明:孕前或孕早期母亲患病、妊娠前6个月或孕早期家庭装修或购置家具、孕早期连续上网或看电视时间过长、孕早期负性生活事件影响、丈夫工作中接触有害物质、经常吸烟是围产儿先天性心脏病发病的危险因素;孕前或孕早期补充叶酸为先天性心脏病的保护因素。结论孕前及孕早期服用叶酸,避免接触与先天性心脏病有关的高危因素,加强产前筛查和产前诊断,可以降低先天性心脏病的发生。

Objective:To investigate the risk factors of perinatal congenital heart diseases, provide the basis for disease prevention. Methods:A case-control study with 1:1 matching was performed to analyze the influencing factors linked to the parents. Chi-square test and logistic regression models were conducted. Results: As shown in multifactor logistic model,the risk factors of perinatal congenital heart diseases were: gravida suf ering from diseases during progestational or the early stage of pregnancy, purchase of furniture and home decoration during the pregnancy, the long time access to Internet or watching TV, negative events,husband exposed to toxic substance in work piace and regular smoking. The protective factor was intake of folic acid. Conclusions:Taking folic acid during the pregnancy, avoiding the high risk factors related to congenital heart disease, prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis may reduce the risk of congenital heart disease.
