目的:探讨真空旋切系统应用于乳腺外科微创手术中的临床价值。方法对我院2011年1月~2013年10月收治的行乳腺外科手术患者进行抽样,选取400例良性乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组及观察组各200例,针对对照组行常规肿瘤切除手术。对于观察组则采取超声引导下的真空旋切系统治疗方案,并对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果及其手术并发症发生的情况。结果实施真空旋切微创手术方案的观察组患者接受手术时长较低,切口长度小,术中出血量较少,切口愈合时间较短,整体手术效果显著优于实施常规切除手术的对照组。据术后随访结果显示,两组患者术后切口愈合情况均十分可观。观察组患者术后并发症发生率仅为0.5%,明显低于行常规手术方法的对照组。结论将真空旋切系统应用于乳腺外科微创手术治疗中,具有明显的临床优势,切口小、愈合快、出血量低、术后并发症发生几率小,适合临床推广。

목적:탐토진공선절계통응용우유선외과미창수술중적림상개치。방법대아원2011년1월~2013년10월수치적행유선외과수술환자진행추양,선취400례량성유선종류환자작위연구대상,수궤장기분위대조조급관찰조각200례,침대대조조행상규종류절제수술。대우관찰조칙채취초성인도하적진공선절계통치료방안,병대비분석량조환자적림상치료효과급기수술병발증발생적정황。결과실시진공선절미창수술방안적관찰조환자접수수술시장교저,절구장도소,술중출혈량교소,절구유합시간교단,정체수술효과현저우우실시상규절제수술적대조조。거술후수방결과현시,량조환자술후절구유합정황균십분가관。관찰조환자술후병발증발생솔부위0.5%,명현저우행상규수술방법적대조조。결론장진공선절계통응용우유선외과미창수술치료중,구유명현적림상우세,절구소、유합쾌、출혈량저、술후병발증발생궤솔소,괄합림상추엄。
Objective:To study the vacuum rotary system applied in breast surgery clinical value of minimal y invasive surgery. Methods: In our hospital between January 2011 and October 2013 line sampling, breast surgery patients to select 400 cases of benign breast tumor patients as the research object, its randomly divided into control group and observation group of 200 cases in the control group conventional tumor resection surgery. In observation group was treated with ultrasound guided by vacuum rotary system solutions, and comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic ef ect and complications happened. Results:The implementation of the vacuum rotary cut ing of minimal y invasive surgery of the observation group of patients undergoing surgery time is low, smal incision length, less intraoperative blood loss, shorter incision healing time, overal operation ef ect is significantly superior to the conventional surgery to remove the control group. According to postoperative fol ow-up, according to the results of two groups of patients with postoperative incision healing of are very considerable. Observation group of patients with postoperative complication rate is only 0.5%, significantly lower than the regular operation method of the control group. Conclusion: The vacuum rotary cut ing system used in breast surgery minimal y invasive surgery, has obvious clinical advantages, smal incision, healing fast, low blood loss, postoperative complications, less chance for clinical promotion.
