目的：探讨无痛胃镜检查术时含服利多卡因胶浆对丙泊酚用量的影响。方法100例行无痛胃镜检查的患者，随机分为对照组（A组）和观察组（B组）每组50例，A组采用芬太尼1.0μg/kg，2%利多卡因2ml，丙泊酚60mg/min顺序静注的麻醉方法，观察组在麻醉前含服利多卡因胶浆10ml，顺序静注芬太尼1.0μg/kg，2%利多卡因2ml，丙泊酚60mg/min。监测两组患者的HR、MAP、SpO2,记录丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、手术室滞留时间以及呛咳、体动情况。结果 B组患者丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、手术室滞留时间少于A组，有统计学意义。结论无痛胃镜检查术前口服利多卡因胶浆可明显减少丙泊酚用量，缩短苏醒时间及手术室滞留时间。

Objective Explore the of painless gastroscopy of sublingual lidocaine mortar dose of propofol. Methods 100 routine painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into a control group(A) and the observation group(B) 50 cases in each, A guoup with fentanyl 1.0μg/kg,2%lidocaine 2ml,intravenous anesthetic propofol 60mg/min,order the sublingual lidocaine mortar 10ml observation group before anesthesia,sequence intravenous fentanyl 1.0μg/kg,2%lidocaine 2ml,propofol 60mg/min. Monitor the two groups of patients with HR,MAP,Sp02,record the dose of propofol,recovery time,the operating room residence time as wel as choking,body movement situation. Results Patients in group Bthe amount of propofol,recovery time,and operating room residence time of less than group A statistical y significant. Conclusion Painless gastrocopy preoperative oral lidocaine glue can significantly reduce the dose of propofol residence time,shorten the wake up time and operating room.
