目的：探讨B-Lynch子宫压迫缝合术对防治宫缩乏力性产后大量出血的影响。方法3年来，本院产科80例产后出血的患者按随机双盲法分为两组：实验组、对照组各40例分别采用独特B-Lynch子宫压迫缝合术或常规治疗，比较其临床疗效。结果实验组在减少术中术后出血量以及子宫保留率和再次妊娠率等指标优于对照组（P<0.05），并免子宫切除。结论在剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性产后大出血用B-Lynch子宫压迫缝合术可防治大出血。
목적：탐토B-Lynch자궁압박봉합술대방치궁축핍력성산후대량출혈적영향。방법3년래，본원산과80례산후출혈적환자안수궤쌍맹법분위량조：실험조、대조조각40례분별채용독특B-Lynch자궁압박봉합술혹상규치료，비교기림상료효。결과실험조재감소술중술후출혈량이급자궁보류솔화재차임신솔등지표우우대조조（P<0.05），병면자궁절제。결론재부궁산술중궁축핍력성산후대출혈용B-Lynch자궁압박봉합술가방치대출혈。
Objective The aim of this research is to study the application of B-Lynch uterine compression suture to the prevention and cure of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony. Methods adopted:dividing the 80 patients of Postpartum Hemorrhage into two groups, who was in our hospital during the time from September 2009 to December 2012. To compare the clinical ef icacy, B-Lynch uterine compression suture was applied to Test group (40 patients) and conventional treatment was given to Comparing group (40 patients). Results Test group performed bet er in aspects of the reduction of bleeding volume and volume of blood transfusion, the rate of uterus preservation and the rate of pregnancy again, P<0.05, no removal of uterus needed. Conclusion B-Lynch Uterine Compression Suture exerts ef ective clinical ef icacy on the prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage.
